Course Overview
The Certified Facility Manager (CFM) programme by Transformentors Academy is designed to help professionals develop the knowledge and practical skills required to manage facilities efficiently, safely, and strategically.

This practical five-day programme explores the core pillars of facility management, including asset planning, maintenance strategies, operations control, budgeting, sustainability practices, safety management, and the integration of digital technologies to improve facility performance. Participants will also learn how to optimise resources, manage risks, and implement systems that support operational excellence and organisational resilience.
Through practical exercises, case studies, and real-world applications, participants will gain the tools and confidence needed to manage facilities that are efficient, compliant, sustainable, and user-focused.
Note: This course is designed as a preparation programme and does not provide official certification. The CFM® credential is awarded by the relevant certification body.
